About QiGong+

QiGong+ is an easy, safe and simple body, breath, mindfulness and self-massage practice that enhances functional regulation to improve personal well-being. At its core, Qi gong+ is not about performance or perfection. It is about learning practical skills that help people reconnect with their own capacity physically, emotionally, and internally, so they can meet life’s challenges with greater steadiness and confidence.
Ellen Pace is certified in Medical Qi Gong and is the founder of QiGong+ , an evidence-informed complementary wellness practice based on the principles of Medical Qi Gong. QiGong+ integrates alignment awareness, balanced breathing, cultivating self-compassion and compassion for others through mindfulness, with adaptable movement and self-soothing methods that can be practiced lying down, seated, or standing.
QiGong+ was created to help people access, activate, and utilize their own inner resources as they navigate the physical and emotional challenges of illness and life's changing circumstances. Participants develop practical skills that build self-reliance, resilience, and resolve for a greater sense of security and self-assurance. The cultivation of personal inner resources fosters expressing meaningful connection through community.
Health systems and medical centers are increasingly recognizing Qi Gong as a complementary wellness practice that may support physical function, stress regulation, and overall well-being alongside medical care and supportive services. QiGong+ reflects this growing recognition by teaching practical skills that participants can incorporate into everyday life, regardless of their health status, physical ability, or previous experience.
